Position Summary:
* Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power and assist with the bar service period, tending bar and serving food to guests exceeding their expectations
* Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks and tailored beverages to guests
* Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
* Welcome and engage with our guests throughout the complete beverage experience
* Support the bar team in general operational tasks working closely the food and beverage team
* Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings
About You:
* An up-to-date RSA
* Relevant experience in a similar role
* Working rights in Australia
* Enthusiastic to escalate your career
* Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
