About The Role
National 360 offers an exciting opportunity within our Positive Behaviour Support Team. Supported by qualified PBS Leaders, you'll work in an environment that promotes clinical skill development through robust support structures.
As an experienced Positive Behavior Support Practitioner, you will provide community, clinic, and telehealth services to NDIS participants of all ages, supported by a multidisciplinary team. Opportunities are available in Hobart, with flexibility to work in community, in-home, and clinic settings.
Responsibilities
Building relationships with participants and stakeholders.
Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA).
Developing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans, including function-based strategies.
Providing stakeholder training and education.
Reviewing and reducing restrictive practices per NDIS guidelines.
Regular data collection and progress monitoring.
Skills and Experience Required
We seek talented clinicians who meet the following:
Existing registration at Proficient, Advanced, or Specialist level with a letter of suitability.
Experience in conducting FBAs, writing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans, and working with restrictive practices.
Preferably 3+ years of experience in behaviour support.
Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Counselling, Social Sciences).
A learning mindset and commitment to ongoing development.
Experience supervising or coaching others, or willingness to develop leadership skills.
Current NDIS Worker Check / WWCC (or willingness to obtain).
Valid Australian driver’s license and own vehicle for travel.
