Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Ability to support with hours per week across 4-to-7-day roster.
* Liaising with police and emergency response services when necessary
* Be able to verbally de-escalate any customer aggression and keep staff safe.
* Must be comfortable stepping in verbally to assist staff if any aggression.
* Adaptable to any situations that arise.
* Follow direction of Security Team Leaders at all times.
You will have:
* Good written and verbal communication
* Reporting ability to supervisor
* Security experience
* Demonstrated ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a collaborative way.
* Demonstrated ability to apply ethical standards to decisions made on a day to day basis.
* Physical capacity to perform the duties of the position including patrolling, responding and restraining persons.
* Current First Aid certificate
* Ability to attain a Working with Children Check
* Ability to travel to different locations for work.
* Intermediate computer skills.
* The successful candidate must have unrestricted availability to work a 24/7 roster
Minimum requirements a successful candidate will possess are:
* Certificate II in Security Operations
* Valid Security License & First Aid Certificate
* Ability to travel without restrictions and own means of transportation

QLD Security Firm - CLASS 1 & 2 –
NSW Master License:
SA Security Agent - ISL 304007
