The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Cook / Chef to join our busy kitchen team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintain high standards of hygiene, and work well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu
* Assist with daily prep and mise en place
* Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards
* Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organisation
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
* Experience with breakfast and seafood preferred
* Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen
* Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude
