About the Roles
* Health Centre Coordinators
: Lead daily operations, support staff, and deliver frontline patient care.
* Health Centre Managers
: Oversee clinic services, manage budgets and workforce needs, and provide both clinical and operational leadership.
Both roles are hands-on, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, culturally safe primary health care in the Kimberley.
What You'll Bring
* Registered Nurse or Aboriginal Health Practitioner (AHPRA)
* Remote health or Aboriginal community-controlled service experience
* Confidence in clinical care, team support, and operational leadership
* Strong communication and cultural awareness skills
* WA-recognised REC, ALS, or Immunisation Provider qualifications
(Extra points for postgrad health management, MMEx experience, or emergency care training.)
