Inner Balance Health is seeking a New Graduate or Experienced Physiotherapist to join our dedicated team in Darwin, NT. Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated New Graduate Physiotherapist eager to develop their clinical skills or an Experienced Physiotherapist with expertise in Clinical Pilates, Neuro Rehabilitation, and/or Musculoskeletal conditions. The successful candidate will play a key role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients while contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
Tasks
* Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
* Provide hands-on therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated patient care
* Maintain accurate clinical records and provide timely progress reports
* Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to service enhancement
Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
* AHPRA registration (Required)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A patient-centered and evidence-based approach to care
* Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth
* Experience in Clinical Pilates, Neuro Rehabilitation, or Musculoskeletal conditions (preferred for experienced physiotherapists)
