About You
* You thrive in a supportive, team-driven environment where collaboration and connection matter.
* You're ready to take your skills on the road, delivering meaningful therapy directly in the community.
* You're graduating (or have recently graduated) in Physiotherapy.
* You hold or have applied for AHPRA registration.
* You have, or are willing to obtain, an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check.
* You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.

National 360's 12-month Graduate Experience, 360 GO, is the perfect opportunity to transition from university to a rewarding career. Available across NSW, QLD, VIC, WA, TAS and SA, 360 GO is designed to equip you with the skills and support needed to become a capable and confident Physiotherapist. It is recognised by the Allied Health Awards as the Industry's Leading Graduate Program, and is thoughtfully structured to provide exposure to all key areas of practice, ensuring graduates gain real-world knowledge and experience. A Graduate Passport tracks your journey, and 360 GO comprises four key phases.
Four Phases
* Simulated Practice: Safe, controlled environment to practice therapeutic skills before first client session.
* Experiential Discovery: Hands-on immersion in real-life situations to enhance learning.
* Theoretical Learning: Immersive workshops facilitated by subject matter experts.
* Individualised Development: A custom program designed with you to follow your roadmap to excellence. Specialise or maintain a diverse caseload with support at every step.
