Are you proactive, organised, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Daimler Trucks Newcastle is on the lookout for a full-time Service Advisor to join our team and become the trusted face of our Service Department.
In this pivotal role, you'll be the go-to partner for a wide range of customers in the transport industry. From coordinating service schedules and repair work, to quoting, job costing, and keeping customers informed every step of the way—you'll ensure every interaction is smooth, professional, and leaves a lasting positive impression.
What You'll Be Doing
* Be the first point of contact, responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face.
* Manage bookings, quotes, and vehicle check-ins for servicing and repairs.
* Keep jobs moving—track progress, resolve bottlenecks, and deliver timely updates to customers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their expectations are not just met, but exceeded.

About You
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
* A service-first mindset with genuine care for customer needs.
* Able to juggle multiple priorities while working independently.
* Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
