Casual to start | Full-time pathway
SICC Services (est. 1999) delivers hands-on maintenance and project works across Tasmania. We're looking for qualified tradespersons who want steady casual work now, with the option to move into full-time.
The work
* General maintenance and site works
* Trade-based tasks (carpentry / welding-fab / fitting / spray painting)
* Concrete works including repairs, refurbishment and remediation (patching, crack repairs, grinding/prep, minor structural repairs)
* Surface prep / coatings support (where required)
* Working to site safety requirements (toolbox talks / SWMS)
* Confined Space / Working at Heights tasks (if ticketed)
Some travel and overnight stays may be required.
What you need
* Trade qualification (as above)
* White Card + driver's licence
* Safe, reliable, physically fit, quality-focused
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (incl. D&A)
Highly regarded: Confined Space, Working at Heights
Preferred experience: industrial maintenance, fabrication/mechanical works, spray painting/coatings, concrete repair/refurb
