Job Title: Senior Clinical Leader
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and showcase your knowledge in aged care.
You will lead a clinical team to provide care and support to 160 older people living at our residential community.
Your key responsibilities include leading and managing clinical, wellbeing and lifestyle staff, achieving operational targets and care deliverables across clinical, financial, compliance, resident service, resident lifestyle & wellbeing, and workplace culture.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA and commitment to maintaining professional development requirements
* Demonstrated leadership and clinical management of a residential care home, leading innovative resident lifestyle and wellbeing initiatives
* Extensive nursing experience at a senior level, including responsibility for supervising staff and providing clinical oversight
* Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, including facilitation of sensitive conversations
* Demonstrated knowledge of change management, quality improvement, customer service principles and staff education principles
* Experience in ensuring systems and processes are in place to assess residents and maximise revenue
* Experience in quality management, accreditation and systems compliance
