**About the role**
The HR Advisor Pay and Conditions is responsible for a range of activities related to employee pay, superannuation, terms and conditions of employment. This includes providing expert advice and guidance to staff, and resolving complex pay-related enquiries.
The HR Advisor Pay and Conditions takes a lead role in prioritising the work of the team, and undertaking quality and assurance activities. With knowledge of SAP, or the ability to quickly obtain this knowledge, the HR Advisor Pay and Conditions produces regular employee-related reporting, and is responsible for all pay run processes.
- Demonstrates experience and knowledge of payroll processing
- Has highly developed oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrates strong team skills with the ability to prioritise work.
**Desirable qualifications and experience**
- SAP HR system experience.
