About the Role:

We’re looking for a friendly, organised Weekend Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of Narrandera Homestead Care Community. You’ll be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, helping create a positive and supportive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do:

✔️ Be the warm, welcoming, and helpful first point of contact for all residents, families, and visitors.

✔️ Provide exceptional customer service, answering calls and enquiries with care and professionalism.

✔️ Offer a personalised touch, knowing residents by name and providing hospitality like a cup of tea.

✔️ Support essential administrative tasks including managing mail, maintaining records, and assisting with rostering.

✔️ Create a positive and organised environment at the front desk, ensuring a great first impression.

What You'll Need:

✔️ Experience in a reception, front-of-house, or customer service role

✔️ A warm, friendly, and professional manner with excellent communication skills

✔️ Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail

✔️ Proficiency in computer systems including MS Office

✔️ A genuine passion for helping people and creating a welcoming atmosphere

✔️ Willingness to complete:

* Pre-employment medical
* Police check
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
