We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
As a key member of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for coordinating large-scale commercial construction projects from concept to completion.
You will work closely with the project manager to ensure activities comply with the contract specification and quality requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as construction management, building or quantity surveying.
Minimum two years' experience working on commercial construction projects above $10 million is required.
Strong knowledge of tender processes, procurement and letting of trade packages, financial understanding and knowledge of construction costs is essential.
Previous experience with estimating software, project management tools and health and safety protocols is highly desirable.
