You will be involved in customer journeys from initial consultation and pre-testing, to customizing High-Fashion frames to suit their lifestyle. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, creativity and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Conduct consultations with customers to determine their needs and preferences.
* Customize glasses and other products to meet individual customer requirements.
* Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a tidy store environment.
Requirements
