Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to requests for technical assistance via various communication channels
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues in hardware and software
* Provide guidance and advice to users on the best course of action
* Follow established help desk procedures
* Redirect complex problems to the relevant resource
* Evaluate and escalate situations requiring immediate attention
* Stay informed about system updates and changes
* Maintain a secure work environment
* Perform maintenance tasks, including repairs and monitoring of building systems
* Manage office supplies and provide logistical support for events and visitors
* Ensure a safe working environment by implementing fire and disaster plans and coordinating with building management
Requirements:
* 1-3 years of experience in IT support
* Intermediate knowledge of operating systems (Mac OSX, Windows 11, Linux)
* Intermediate knowledge of hardware components and troubleshooting
* Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
* Able to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues effectively
* Problem-solving and teamwork skills
* Advanced written and oral communication skills in English
