The Admissions and Compliance Division, part of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Growth & Global) portfolio, plays a vital role in supporting the University of Wollongong’s commitment to delivering an exceptional and globally engaged student experience. The Division works collaboratively across the institution to ensure transparent, efficient, and student centred admissions processes that uphold UOW’s values of excellence, integrity, inclusion, and service.

We are seeking an Admissions Officer (Domestic) to manage and assess applications from domestic students across all UOW campuses and selected UOW College programs. In this role, you will process applications across multiple admissions pathways—including UAC, Early Admission, Direct Admission, and Credit Transfer—while ensuring decisions align with policy, delegations, and quality assurance requirements. You will provide high quality customer service to prospective students and stakeholders, contribute to admissions integrity processes, support recruitment and conversion activities, and assist with continuous improvement initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys problem solving, and is committed to delivering an outstanding applicant experience.
