Key Responsibilities
* Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insights and strategic recommendations
* Own budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across key business units
* Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for non‐finance stakeholders
* Identify risks and opportunities to improve business performance and profitability
* Support decision-making through scenario modelling and financial analysis
* Drive continuous improvement in reporting, processes, and systems
The successful applicant will have
* CA / CPA qualified
* Proven experience in a commercial finance / business partnering role
* Background within large, complex organisations (multi‐entity / matrix environments)
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders
* Demonstrated career progression and stability
* A proactive, commercially minded approach, not just reporting, but driving decisions
