About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused Internal Sales Specialist to play a key role in managing customer relationships and supporting the seamless delivery of our products. Working closely with production, planning, and logistics teams, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end order process, ensuring we meet customer expectations every time. Key Responsibilities include:
Act as the primary point of contact for customer communications, building strong relationships through clear, responsive, and proactive service.
Manage the full order cycle — from receiving purchase orders to raising sales orders, confirming delivery dates, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
Monitor open orders and maintain regular contact with customers, providing updates on delivery schedules and resolving any issues that may arise.
Ensure all data related to customer accounts, product details, and order history is accurately maintained in our ERP system.
Prepare and coordinate documentation for shipments, including invoices, delivery dockets, COAs and COCs, in line with individual customer specifications.
Liaise with warehouse and production teams to manage stock availability, shipping timelines, and label requirements.

Prior experience in a customer service or sales support role, ideally within manufacturing, logistics or supply chain.
Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional approach to managing multiple priorities.
Familiarity with ERP systems and confidence working with data and documentation.
A collaborative attitude and willingness to jump in and support other teams when needed.
