Clough has an exciting opportunity for a Vendor Management Specialist to join our Bidding Team working across a range of bids and projects within our Brisbane office!
The Vendor Management Specialist will play a key role in vendor pre-qualification, due diligence, and onboarding for procurement of goods and services in project delivery. The role involves collaborating with various functions to evaluate vendor qualifications, supporting procurement objectives to deliver value, reduce risk, and enhance service quality for stakeholders.

Your focus will include:
Performing market research to identify potential vendors for procurement packages.
Managing supplier relationships.
Ensuring vendor performance meets KPIs and service standards.
Analyzing vendor ratings, preparing corrective plans for deviations.
Monitoring vendor performance for timely delivery and order fulfillment.
Managing supplier relations in compliance with company ethics and policies.
Working towards project goals and meeting schedule deadlines.
What you will bring to the team
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
Specialist degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
7-10 years’ experience in vendor management, including strategy development and relationship management.
Procurement experience in large-scale Australian civil construction projects.
Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
Knowledge of vendor management, financial and QHSE policies.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Willingness to travel interstate as required.
