Job Description
As a Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue among specified customers within an assigned geographical region and market segment.
This role represents the company, demonstrating customer focus while leading the sales process and customer relationship from account planning to closing.
You will create effective territory and account plans to deliver sales objectives considering customer business priorities and anticipated changes, product capabilities, and value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer and transactional information in a CRM system.
* Provide regular and accurate reporting of pipeline and forecast through the CRM system.
* Nurture and expand company relationships with customer accounts of various sizes and industries.
* Drive customer success by developing a deep understanding of customers' business and industry challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
* Experienced field-based enterprise software sales experience.
* Performer with consistent over achievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory.
* Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with experience working with start-ups and emerging organizations.
* Relevant Degree preferred.
* Excellent Communication skills with ability to say what needs to be said.
