As a Lead Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a pivotal role in some of Perth's largest subdivision projects. Working within the Procurement team, you'll ensure accurate cost planning and quantity estimation across a wide range of business initiatives. This position presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional ready to step into a leadership role, guiding the function while reporting directly to the Head of Procurement.
Key responsibilities:
Preparing cost plans, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and detailed estimates
Reviewing subcontractor pricing and supporting procurement activities
Monitoring project budgets, variations, and preparing financial reports
Collaborating closely with project teams to maintain effective cost control
Providing clear, reliable, and timely cost advice
Offering guidance and mentorship to junior surveyors within the team
What You'll bring:
Proven Quantity Surveying experience in the WA market
Skilled in cost planning and contract financial management
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Must have strong attention to details and organised
Full Australian working rights & Perth-based experience
$150K–$180K + Super
