Support Worker
We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic support specialists to join our team in assisting clients with disabilities. This role involves providing care and support in clients' homes or the community, guided by a Team Leader who will be available for assistance and guidance.
Working hours vary from 2 to 8 hours per shift, Monday to Sunday. We pay award rates under the SCHADS – Social and Community Services Employees Stream - $43.23 to $44.59 per hour on weekdays, plus allowances and penalties at other times.
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.
* A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification must be obtained within 12 months of commencement.
* An NDIS Worker Screening Check is required before starting in this role.
* A minimum of 6 months previous experience in disability support is required.
* A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle are essential for this position.
