ERP System Implementation Role for Experienced Purchasing Specialist
Your recent role:
This position will oversee the implementation of a new procure-to-pay system, with a scheduled low-impact launch starting with the introduction of the first catalogue and then gradual growth of the scope and increasing the adoption across the organisation.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead adoption across the organisation
- Grow catalogue content
- Write and communicate new Policies and Procedures.
- Capture the various training modules for future staff development
- Development of Procurement Reports alongside our analyst specialists
- Provide Project Administration
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, this role will also work closely with specialist consultants and internal procurement teams. This position is for an initial 6-month contract with a potential for extension.
What you'll need to succeed:
In order to succeed, you will have strong experience in the use of procure-to-pay systems from a purchasing perspective, as well as a prior background in assisting the implementation of new catalogues or purchasing systems. In addition, you will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
What you'll get in return:
In return, you will have a 6-month initial contract role with the potential for further extension. This organisation offers flexibility by working from home up to 2 days per week as well as offices in multiple locations. The salary level for this position ranges between $100,000 - $110,000 + superannuation.
