Our client is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their Neurodiversity Affirming clinic based in Werribee. This role offers a blend of clinical practice, management and flexibility, working with a tight-knit multidisciplinary team. You’ll oversee a Paediatric caseload (ages 2-16 years), supporting children with ASD, ADHD, and developmental delays, while providing mentorship and clinical guidance to early-career OTs. Exclusive employee discounts across retails, travel, tech, etc About the Role Provide assessment and therapy for children with developmental and neurodiverse needs Supervise and mentor new graduate and early-career OTs Contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions and collaborative care Work 3 days in clinic, 1 day community-based (within local area, travel no more than 30 minutes) Participate in monthly team PD and case discussions Shape service delivery and share input into clinic growth Requirements: Degree in Occupational Therapy with AHPRA registration 3 years of clinical experience, preferably with paediatric or neurodiverse populations Strong communication and mentoring skills Access to a car for community visits Passionate about family-centred, strengths-based care A positive, collaborative, and grounded personality Interested in this position?
