The Role
As Office Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of our front office. Your role will include:
· Overseeing administrative and clerical duties
· Managing customer service and front desk operations
· Scheduling jobs and managing workflow coordination
· Bookkeeping, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable
· Supporting the management team with reporting and compliance
· Handling inventory orders and supplier communications

· Previous experience in office administration or management
