What you'll be doing:
As our Communications Officer, you'll work closely with teamsacross the organisation to:
* Create and coordinate content that reflects who we are andwhat we stand for
* Support the delivery of campaigns that drive awareness,engagement, and participation
* Ensure our brand shows up consistently and compellinglyacross every channel both internally and externally.
* Help share the positive impact the Y WA makes incommunities every day
You'll be a connector — between our programs and the people whoneed them, between our story and the wider world.
You'll be great in this role if you...
* Hold a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications,or a related field
* Have a genuine interest in using communications to make apositive impact in local communities
* Can build strong working relationships and supportstakeholders with their communication needs
* Bring creativity when developing content across digital andsocial channels
* Are organised and able to manage tasks and projects frombrief through to delivery
* Are comfortable reviewing performance and using insights to improve content and campaigns
* Are confident using the MS Office suite and familiar withdigital marketing and social media platforms
