Family Support Coordinator Role

Mareena Purslowe Funerals is a leader in the funeral industry, with operations across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.

* Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and telephone enquiries
* Provide administrative support to the team (data entry, preparing letters, presentations)
* Receive payments and issue accounts and associated correspondence
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
* Complete funeral documentation accurately and on time
* Liaise with service providers, such as clergy, florists, and other suppliers

The role requires experience in a service-driven organisation, with competent keyboard/computing and telephone operating skills. People-oriented and effective communication skills are essential, as well as sensitivity to grieving people and their values.

Interpersonal skills to work in a close team environment are required, along with a willingness to undertake training and development programs. The ability to respond appropriately to client/family concerns is also vital.
