Job Overview:
We are seeking an Administration Assistant / Accounts Payable professional to handle key administrative tasks, including data management and financial transactions.
* Enter and record invoices, reconcile supplier accounts, and make payments through MYOB software.
* Invoice customers, handle customer service inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Maintain effective communication with the administration team and other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management and communication skills, knowledge of AP/AR procedures, and proficiency in MYOB/Simpro.
