The opportunity
We're seeking a strategic and creative Head of Marketing to lead BuildPass' global marketing strategy and accelerate our growth, particularly in the US market. You'll be a senior leader who thrives at both the strategic and hands-on level - ready to guide the business through its next phase of growth, with a strong focus on product and marketing-led growth strategies. If you're deeply passionate about product marketing, storytelling, and scaling impact through content and brand, we'd love to meet you.
This Role Is Ideal For a Marketing Leader Who
* Loves building structure while staying agile
* Has experience launching features and driving product adoption
* Understands the nuance of regional GTM strategies
* Brings strong insight into how marketing can influence growth at every stage of the funnel
Key responsibilities
Strategic Leadership Own and execute BuildPass' go-to-market strategy across Australia and the US, balancing brand awareness, pipeline generation, and customer marketing.
Product Marketing & Feature Launches Lead product positioning and messaging. Collaborate with product and customer teams to run smooth, impactful launches. Create the enablement materials that help sales and customers understand the value of new features.
Brand Development Strengthen our brand presence across owned and paid channels, evolving our visual identity and tone of voice in line with customer needs and market maturity.
Content & Storytelling Work closely with our Content Producer to create long-standing content that converts, utilising customer case studies, blog content, video, and more.
Team Leadership Coach and grow a passionate team, giving them room to step up and building a structure that scales with the business.
Regional Expansion Design and execute marketing strategies for the US market, with a sharp understanding of local compliance, tone, and channel relevance.
Performance & ROI Define, track, and report on marketing KPIs - continuously iterating to improve outcomes and maximise return on budget.
Ideally looking for
* 5+ years of experience in marketing, with 2+ years in a senior leadership role
* Experience navigating expansion into the US market, ideally with an understanding of state-by-state nuances
* Deep expertise in product marketing, including launches, positioning, and customer enablement
* Track record of building and leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
* Experience managing distributed teams across time zones
* Strong command of tools like HubSpot, GA4, and AI marketing technologies
* Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership skills
* Strategic thinker with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
