The Company: An established wholesale organisation has an immediate need for a Senior Change Manager to partner within the enterprise team and assist on a large-scale ERP implementation project. You will have experience working within the Logistics area of an FMCG business. You must be Sydney based and able to work in the office a minimum of 3 days per week. As a Senior Change Manager, you will collaborate closely with IT stakeholders and program leads across Logistics, and Integration to build a comprehensive understanding of program impacts and foster stakeholder alignment. This role also involves coordinating and mentoring other Change Managers or Analysts, ensuring seamless program and portfolio delivery. Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Engagement Engage with IT stakeholder teams to support technical processes during the program, hypercare, and ongoing BAU support. Build strong relationships across the business, focusing on Logistics stakeholders. Change Leadership and Business Readiness Drive business readiness through impact analysis, transition planning, and risk assessments. Ensure smooth adoption of changes by designing and implementing fit-for-purpose change management strategies and communications plans. Capability Development Support training and capability uplift initiatives to empower stakeholders and drive program success. Communications and Change Activities Deliver engaging, consistent, and impactful communication content. Lead change activities for Logistics stakeholders, within the ERP lens Program and Portfolio Leadership Provide vision and clarity while addressing blockers to achieve business outcomes. Align change management efforts with technical support components, including IT processes, platforms (e.g., ServiceNow), and reporting tools. Deployment Support Contribute to the successful rollout of program processes across multiple sites in collaboration with deployment teams. Framework Evolution Partner with the Group Head of Change to refine and enhance change frameworks, tools, and learning pathways for the organization. Key Accountabilities Lead and coordinate stakeholder engagement for IT, and Logistics teams. Conduct change impact analyses and develop mitigation strategies for program risks. Design and execute communication strategies to maximize stakeholder understanding and engagement. Ensure business readiness and enable adoption of new processes, systems, and capabilities. Experience and Skills Required Core Competencies Over 8 years of experience in project and change management roles for large-scale, complex technical programs. Demonstrated ability to deliver change in agile environments, particularly during ERP rollouts. Proven leadership skills, with a focus on coaching and empowering teams. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior IT and program executives. Proactive and results-driven with strong commercial acumen. Technical Skills Formal qualification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI or equivalent). Experience with Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and PowerBI (preferred). Familiarity with ERP systems like D365 (preferred) or similar.
