About the role
We're seeking a commercially driven and strategic National Business Manager – Woolworths to join our Retail Sales AU team.
Based in Melbourne (preferred) or Sydney, this high-impact role owns one of our most important customer relationships and plays a critical part in driving category leadership, revenue growth, and long-term partnership with Woolworths.
As a senior member of the Sales & Commercial ANZ team, you'll lead customer strategy, joint business planning, and execution across the Woolworths portfolio.
You'll also take direct ownership of one category, working closely with internal teams (marketing, category, supply chain) and collaborating with peers across Coles and Independents to ensure aligned delivery across key accounts.
What you'll be doing Lead the development and execution of a 3-year Joint Business Plan (JBP) with Woolworths, aligned to both customer objectives and internal KPIs.
Manage the end-to-end P&L for Woolworths, with accountability for top‑line revenue, trade spend, and profit delivery.
Take hands‑on ownership of at least one category, including promotional planning, range reviews, slotting, and performance tracking.
Work day‑to‑day with key Woolworths stakeholders including Merge Managers and Senior Category Managers, building strong, trust‑based relationships.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Category, Revenue, and Supply Chain teams to deliver best‑in‑class execution.
