This well-established Global engineering business, manufactures a range of machinery for the Cement, Mining and Mineral industries, they need experienced Mazak CNC Setters-Operators. These positions involve the use of latest high end Mazak CNC machinery. The work is mainly large, heavy and precise. So your understanding of safe lifting and how to accurately use measuring equipment will be a strong advantage. This company is looking for experienced machinists with a proven track record of high quality machining, that enjoy working in a busy workshop with many large CNC machines. Reporting to the Manager, your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) reading technical drawings, following work instructions, adjusting programs, safely operating high end CNC machinery, inspection of parts and keeping your work area and machine clean.
