Agribusiness Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced professional to drive sales growth in Queensland's broadacre regions through strategic relationships with reseller organisations, machinery dealerships, and in-paddock support to growers.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the agricultural industry and be committed to increasing the profitability of broad acre farmers. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, self-drive, and Microsoft Office and CRM Salesforce software skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement routine strategic sales calls, territory plans, and initiatives to deliver on company growth requirements and profit targets.
* Provide hands-on support to growers and dealer partners to ensure products are supported, well understood, and effectively utilised.
* Create and build valued customer relationships through added-value activities, training, and technical knowledge.
* Support sales activities within and outside the designated territory including field days, workshops, customer days, etc.
* Maintain and keep up-to-date for the region the company CRM.
Requirements:
* Minimum of three plus years' experience in agricultural sales with experience in the broad acre cropping highly desirable (grains, pulses, etc).
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Self-driven that thrives on autonomy and responsibility.
* Microsoft Office and CRM Salesforce software skills for effective daily management of customer information and sales processes.
* In-depth knowledge of broadacre farming practices, equipment, and agricultural technologies beneficial.
