ABOUT THE ROLE
The Site Manager will be responsible for the onsite management of a project, including managing sub-contractors, leading hands and labourers.
The role requires a person who is self-motivated, extremely capable, adaptable and innovative, and has experience leading and managing construction projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS Managing projects including daily site supervision
Coordinating and liaising with subcontractors
Managing leading hand and labourers
Developing strong relationships with clients
Coordinating Site OH&S, QA and Environmental requirements
Maintaining and updating project programs QUALIFICATIONS
Suitable applicants must have:
At least five years experience in the Australian construction industry
Sound knowledge of building products, processes and trades
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Hammertech knowledge a bonus
Ability to work autonomously and within a small team REMUNERATION
