Now, we need your help to scaleourinternal team.About the role:You'll take ownership of our recruitment funnel for high-ticket closers and appointment setters.
From reviewing applications and conducting interviews to final selections and onboarding, you'll manage the full process.
You'll guide new hires through our SOPs, lead role-play sessions, and get them sales-ready before they transition to our internal team.This is a contract rolewith flexible hours and a clear scope.
Preferably based on the Gold Coast for proximity to our HQ, but open to remote for the right person.What we're looking for:Minimum 5 years recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in sales or high-performance recruitmentDeep understanding of what makes a successful high-ticket closer or appointment setterSomeone who is warm, confident, and naturally great at reading peopleExperience with onboarding and initial training a huge bonusDriven by results but grounded in empathyThis role is perfect for you if:You've taken a break from full-time work and are ready for flexible, purposeful workYou're obsessed with quality hires and love setting people up for successYou're comfortable leading interviews and onboarding processes on your ownYou're organised and love ticking off checklists and SOPsJoin a business with heart and a mission.
