Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

* Pprepare and process client documentation
* Work closely with other departments to deliver exceptional client outcomes
* Provide accurate and detailed communication to clients
* Maintain contact logging and record keeping of daily activities
* Update and maintain client databases
Requirements:
* Previous administrative experience in finance is preferred
* Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
