About the Role
A government agency is establishing a new business unit to centralise and streamline facilities services across multiple sites. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Process Analyst (SBPA) to play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust business processes that will underpin this transformation.
You will be responsible for delivering detailed As-Is and To-Be process mapping, identifying inefficiencies, and building a roadmap to optimise workflows. Your work will guide the creation of training, communication materials, and system requirements – including SAP and FM Clean functionality – to ensure smooth operations and compliance across the new unit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end business process analysis and design using BPMN, Lean Six Sigma, and other standard methodologies.
* Capture business requirements, identify pain points, and design efficient future-state processes.
* Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
* Engage and influence stakeholders across multiple teams to align priorities and resolve issues.
* Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
* Ensure governance, quality control, and compliance in all process designs.
* Maintain a repository of process documentation to support knowledge transfer and future projects.
Essential Requirements:
* Extensive experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role in large-scale programs/projects.
* Proven ability to lead process discovery and design activities in complex, matrixed organisations.
* Expert in process modelling tools and methodologies (BPMN, Visio, ARIS, Lean Six Sigma).
* Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
* Excellent analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
* Experience in government or large-scale business change programs is highly desirable.
