Temporary Tax Professional Role
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a temporary tax professional to join our Financial Control and Reporting team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in tax analysis and fringe benefits tax compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse general ledger accounts to identify transactions with fringe benefits tax implications and categorise them accordingly.
* Liaise with colleagues to understand the nature of relevant transactions.
* Collate supporting documents and retain them for record keeping purposes.
* Support the preparation of fringe benefits tax workpapers and calculations.
* Assist with the preparation of fringe benefits tax returns for our organisation.
* Document processes and controls.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* An intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
* Familiarity with fringe benefits tax concepts is desirable.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 is also desirable.
