The role is a hybrid leadership position combining:

* Previous practice management or leadership experience is essential for this role
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth clinical and operational functioning of the clinic, supporting prescribers and staff while helping build scalable systems for the future.
Key Responsibilities
* Reception & Medicare Oversight
o Supervise and support reception staff
o Improve patient onboarding workflows
o A basic understanding of Medicare billing processes is required
* Clinical Coordination & Patient Care
o Conduct nurse screening calls for new patients
o Perform follow-up calls when indicated by prescribers
o Assist with clinical documentation and health summaries
o Coordinate referrals and specialist communication
* Governance & Compliance
o Develop and maintain clinic policies and SOPs
o Assist doctors with TGA compliance requirements
* Prescriber & Team Leadership
o Lead onboarding for new prescribers
o Coordinate regular clinical round-table meetings / communication with current prescribers and reception staff
