The Lead Educator - Inclusive Learning Expert will empower students of all abilities by implementing innovative teaching strategies to meet their unique learning needs and drive outstanding educational outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
* Create a supportive and organized learning environment that is centered around the student, cooperative and aligned with relevant curriculum policies and practices for students with disabilities.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement high-quality inclusive education practices, curriculum programs and effective pedagogy; evaluate their effectiveness and assess student progress and learning outcomes; report these findings to students, parents and the community.
* Implement adaptable, inclusive and equitable teaching strategies and best practices.
* Oversee the development of personalized support plans that clearly outline necessary adjustments in language understandable by teachers and comply with evidence requirements for NCCD timelines.
