Join to apply for the Group Financial Controller role at The Onset
Group Financial Controller (Remote – Philippines)
Remote / Work From Home – PH-based | AU Hours (9:00 AM–6:00 PM AEST)
Join a high-growth Australian technology group driving financial excellence across borders. The Group Financial Controller (GFC) is a newly created leadership role — designed to build discipline, strengthen controls, and drive clean, audit-ready numbers across our expanding portfolio of technology services companies operating in multiple jurisdictions.
You will be the CFO’s right hand — leading financial operations, managing a small Philippines-based team, and ensuring month-end close is timely, compliant, and confidently defensible.
This is a high-trust, high-impact role for a technical finance leader who is equally comfortable getting hands-on with journals and consolidations, reviewing reconciliations, and coaching junior team members.
If you’re a CPA-qualified finance professional with experience in multi-entity accounting, IFRS compliance, and leading audit prep, and you’re looking to join a remote-first, high-growth environment — we’d love to hear from you.

- Experienced with Australian tax and compliance standards (preferred).
