About The Role
We're seeking a Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team in Perth. In this critical role, you'll review and monitor contractual and financial matters, ensuring full compliance with head contract requirements and subcontractor agreements. Your expertise will drive commercial excellence and support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure supply chain alignment with head contract rights and obligations
* Lead strategic negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Assess and review work scope for cost implications and delivery milestones
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for optimal commercial outcomesCoordinate and manage claims and disputes with professionalism
* Maintain accurate contract documentation and reporting
What you'll bring
* Tertiary qualification in engineering, quantity surveying, finance, accounting, legal studies, or business (preferred)
* 2–5 years' experience in a similar contracts administration role within construction
* Proven ability to lead commercial negotiations and manage contractual risk
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong technical competence and analytical thinking
