The Role
This role comes with a plenty of variety and the chance to get highly sought after experience. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
* Provide an exceptional customer focus towards both prospective and existing owners and tenants
* Provide support to the Business Development Manager in a range of functions associated with leasing and maintaining properties in accordance with the owner's instructions.
* Ensure that any administrative functions as directed by management are completed promptly and in an efficient manner.
* Accurately complete all necessary documentation associated with leasing and managing properties including: the preparation and lodgement of Rental Bond Board documents, inspection reports, leases, ancillary lease documentation, ensure sufficient keys ready for tenancy commencement. Supervise execution of required documentation.
* Be responsible for arranging maintenance and repairs to properties which are to be carried out expeditiously, economically and to an acceptable standard. Overdue maintenance is to be followed up weekly.
What are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate will have the following;
* Possession of Certificate of Registration (NSW) or Class 2 Real Estate Licence NSW, in addition to VIC Real Estate Agents Licence or Agents Representative certificate
* At least two years experience in residential property management
* Local area knowledge
Locations: 2640
Contracted Hours: 9am - 5pm
Salary Range: $60k - $70K + Car and phone
Commencement Date: ASAP
