Overview
This is a prime opportunity to join a leading industry superannuation fund during the critical initiation phase of a major Digital & Member Experience uplift. As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for building out the project team, partnering with internal digital departments and external vendors to drive the discovery phase. You will play a pivotal role in establishing program governance, completing the business case, and setting the strategic foundation for a large‐scale program of work slated for significant expansion in the coming year.
Key Criteria
* Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager
* High quality stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
* Extensive background in Superannuation or broader Financial Services is highly desirable.
* Strong track record in delivering Digital Projects, specifically those focused on Member/Customer Experience.
* Demonstrated experience in greenfield project establishment, including governance setup and business case development.
* Expertise in Agile delivery environments.
* High‐level vendor management and internal partnership skills.

Key Responsibilities
* Establish project governance frameworks to ensure clear reporting lines, risk management, and accountability.
* Lead the discovery phase for the Member Experience uplift, defining scope and resource requirements.
* Develop and finalize a comprehensive business case to secure long‐term funding and program scale.
* Manage day‐to‐day delivery using Agile ceremonies and methodologies.
* Liaise with third‐party vendors to ensure digital solutions align with project objectives.
* Define and track project milestones, ensuring the program remains on schedule during the initial 3‐month setup phase.
