About The Role
As Category Coordinator, you'll be part of a supportive team with a great culture that's scaling fast.
This role will suit someone who thrives in a data-driven environment and has a strong record of driving commercial success.
As a key member of the Partnerships team, you'll play a vital role in enabling revenue growth by providing hands-on support to the Category Media Specialists.
You'll ensure campaigns are seamlessly booked, executed, and reported on—helping our brand partners maximise the value of their investment.
You will also
Support the Category Media Specialists with proposals, bookings, and campaign delivery
Partner with the team to provide data, insights, and reporting to drive revenue targets
Manage CRM (Salesforce) inputs and assist with financial reporting
Collaborate with the Delivery team to oversee campaign execution and post-campaign reporting
Act as an extension of the Category Media Specialists, enabling growth through exceptional support
Qualifications
You're organised, efficient, and thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Whether you're from a media agency, publisher, or brand-side media team, you bring a solutions-focused approach, strong client service, and a genuine passion for retail and brand connections.
You'll also have
Experience supporting media sales, FMCG, or agency teams
Excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines with ease
A collaborative mindset with the confidence to work independently
A passion for innovation, process improvements, and delivering results
