The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant on the Commercial Finance Team, you'll play a pivotal role in matching exceptional candidates with great clients. You'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process while growing your portfolio and driving business development.
Responsibilities
* Manage the 360-degree recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to securing placements
* Conduct daily candidate searches and build strong talent communities to meet client needs
* Account managing and developing new client relationships
* Consistently achieve KPIs and monthly/quarterly targets while growing your client base
* Build strong, professional relationships with both candidates and clients
* Work collaboratively with the team while maintaining a positive, resilient outlook
* May mentor and coach other less experienced recruitment consultants
About You
Education: Bachelor degree or higher qualification is desirable. Industry experience may substitute.
Experience & Skills:
* At least 1 year of industry experience as a recruitment consultant or within a sales capacity
* Excellent administration, communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence and tact in negotiating terms and closing deals
* A strong drive to achieve targets and meet deadlines
* Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
