Product Service Specialist

Main Responsibilities
* Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers and dealers
* Identify product deficiencies, implement design improvements, and adapt solutions in assigned areas of responsibility
* Maintain liaisons between Caterpillar and dealers utilizing the DSN system
Key Requirements
* Candidates must possess strong electrical and mechanical aptitude from a degree or trade background
* Excellent communication skills with technical clients and good interpersonal skills
* Able to influence and motivate others
