Senior Pharmacist Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Senior Pharmacist to join our team at Wollongong Private Hospital.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering expert medication management, collaborating with the hospital team, and fostering a positive team culture.

* Provide best practice pharmacy services: Ensure medication safety and optimise medication management for patients.
* Collaborate with the hospital team: Educate staff and counsel patients on medication usage.

Your Background:
* Qualifications: Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA.
* Computer literacy: High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing software.
* Teamwork and communication skills: You love working in a collaborative team and thrive in a friendly working environment.
* Hospital experience: Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is highly regarded but not essential.
Requirements:
* Immunisation and police check: Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases and a national police check conducted within the last 12 months.
