Job Title: Curriculum and Performance Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled classroom practitioner to lead the improvement of teaching workforce skills, knowledge and performance in a school or group of schools.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of whole-school improvement initiatives, developing professional development plans for teaching staff, and contributing to the overall leadership and management of the school.
This role requires strong interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as the ability to model behaviours and attitudes consistent with department values.
