Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — job brief to placement — in a high-volume temp nursing environment
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while growing new business through networking, referrals, and outbound activity
* Collaborate with our Recruitment Resourcers and Admin team to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and clients
* Match nurses to contracts quickly and efficiently across metro, rural, and remote area
Qualifications
* Experienced in agency recruitment (temp/contract desk experience is a huge plus)
* Naturally competitive and target-driven, with a solid track record of performance
* Organised, tech-savvy, and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
* Passionate about delivering results and building long-term client relationships
